His experience includes development strategy, construction oversight, owner’s representation, and project execution across hospitality, residential, institutional, and commercial sectors.

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, COO
Dan Whittaker as Chief Operating Officer of Structured Global and brings more than 30 years of experience leading large scale land development, infrastructure, hospitality, and vertical construction projects across the United States and international markets. His experience includes serving as an owner, developer, owner’s representative, and construction executive overseeing complex development and operational initiatives.
Wilfredo Reyes, Esq.
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER (CBO)
Wilfredo serves as legal counsel and government affairs advisor to Structured Global and its affiliated development and capital platforms. He advises the company on Puerto Rico legal and regulatory matters, economic development incentives, government relations, public sector coordination, and regulatory matters impacting the company’s hospitality, mixed use, senior living, infrastructure, and real estate development initiatives.
Marilu Medina
CONTROLLER
Marilu serves as Controller and Financial Manager for Structured Global and its affiliated development and capital platforms. She oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, banking relationships, and internal financial controls across the company’s operations and development activities. Ms. Medina brings extensive experience in construction, development, and corporate accounting, including financial planning and job cost accounting.
Joel Lee
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL ASSET OPERATIONS
Joel serves as Director of Digital Asset Operations, where he oversees the execution of the company’s digitally enabled real estate investment and tokenization initiatives. In this role, he works closely with third-party legal counsel, platform providers, compliance consultants, and internal development and finance teams to support investor systems, digital infrastructure, and operational execution across the company’s real estate investment platform.
